1. Service provider
These General Terms and Conditions (the Terms) apply to bookings and gift voucher purchases made on this website. Details of the service provider:

2. Subject of the contract
The provider offers a shooting experience at its range: the guns and ammunition of the chosen package, under the supervision of a range officer (instructor). The content, duration and price of the packages are shown on the Packages page and in the booking form. Gift vouchers can also be bought on the website; a voucher entitles one person to take part in a package up to the value of the voucher.
The conditions of participation (age, safety rules, association membership, alcohol, pregnancy, late arrival) are set out in the Participation terms of Celeritas Shooting Club; they form part of the contract.
3. How to book and when the contract is made
- Choose a time slot in the calendar (free capacity is checked at the moment of booking).
- Choose the packages and the number of persons, the CUSTOM gun list and extra guns.
- Enter your details, accept the terms and check the “Summary”. The “Change” button lets you correct everything before paying.
- Press “Book with obligation to pay” and pay the deposit on the payment provider’s page.
The contract is made when the successful payment is confirmed. We confirm the booking by e-mail without delay and at the latest within 48 hours; the confirmation contains the essential terms of the contract and the Participation terms and these Terms as PDF attachments. The contract is not a written contract; we keep a record of the booking. The language of the contract is Hungarian or English (the language of the booking).
While you are paying (at most a few tens of minutes) the chosen slot is held for you; if the payment is not completed, the booking lapses and you owe nothing.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Hungarian forints (HUF) and include VAT. Amounts in euro are for information only. Online you pay only the deposit by card (Visa, Mastercard or the methods offered on the payment page); the rest and the extra guns are paid on site in cash (HUF, EUR) or by card (Visa, Mastercard; no AMEX or SZÉP card).
The amount paid online is an advance payment (not an earnest). The website never sees or stores card data; the payment is processed by the payment provider.
5. Changes and cancellation
- The date of a booking can be changed free of charge 1 time(s), at least 72 hours before the start, by e-mail.
- If you cancel at least 72 hours before the start, the deposit is refunded in full.
- If you cancel within 72 hours of the start or arrive more than 15 minutes late, the provider may keep the deposit as a cancellation fee. You accept this separately when booking.
- If the provider cancels the slot, the deposit is always refunded in full.
- Changes and cancellations are valid when the provider confirms them in writing (e-mail).
6. Right of withdrawal
Booking for a date: as this is a leisure service booked for a specific date, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Government Decree 45/2014, § 29(1)(l)); cancellation terms are in section 5.
Gift voucher: you may withdraw from the purchase of a gift voucher bought online within 14 days of the purchase without giving reasons, on the “Withdrawal from the contract” page, by e-mail or by post (the model form is on the Withdrawal page). We refund the price to the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, and the voucher becomes invalid. If you book a date with the voucher within the withdrawal period, you must expressly request performance before the period ends; the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been performed.
7. Gift voucher
- The voucher is valid for 6 months from the day of payment; the expiry date is printed on the voucher and in the e-mail. We send reminders before it expires.
- The voucher entitles one person to a package whose price does not exceed the value of the voucher; for a more expensive package the difference is paid on site. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and an unused difference is not refunded.
- The voucher can be used once and may be passed on. When its code is entered, the voucher is tied to the booking; if that booking is cancelled, the voucher can be used again while it is valid.
8. Complaints and remedies
You can make a complaint by e-mail or post to the complaint contacts of the provider (see section 1). We answer a written complaint on the merits within 30 days and keep the complaint and the answer for 3 years. In a consumer dispute you may also turn to the conciliation board competent for your place of residence; the contact details of the Budapest board and of the consumer protection authority are in section 1.
9. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy notice, cookies in the Cookie policy.
10. Governing law
The contract is governed by Hungarian law, in particular the Civil Code, Government Decree 45/2014 and Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services. In case of any difference the Hungarian text prevails.
