Withdrawal from the contract

You may withdraw from a gift voucher bought online within 14 days of the day of purchase without giving reasons. The right of withdrawal does not apply to bookings for a specific date (Government Decree 45/2014, § 29(1)(l)); their cancellation is governed by the General Terms.
How to withdraw
- with the online form below (“Confirm withdrawal”); we confirm its receipt by e-mail immediately;
- by e-mail or by post with a clear statement — you may use the model form below.
The deadline is met if you send your statement before the withdrawal period ends.
Effects of withdrawal
We refund the full amount paid within 14 days of learning about the withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the purchase (free of charge for you). The voucher becomes invalid. If you have already booked a date with the voucher and expressly requested performance before the withdrawal period ended, the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been performed.
