Operation

The shooting range is an indoor facility and operates all year. Celeritas Shooting Club can only be visited upon a pre-booked appointment on weekdays from 12:00pm to 4:00pm and on Saturday from 10:00am to 4:00pm. The range is closed on Sundays and holidays. We reserve the right to put small groups together for the same slot without notice because of rationalization purposes. We reserve the right to substitute any of the firearms or ammunitions indicated in the package descriptions on the day of shooting due to safety and/or operational reasons.

Booking

By making a booking with us, it is assumed that acceptance of these terms & conditions are understood. As the person making the booking, it is your responsibility for making all parties in your group aware of these conditions. When making a booking with us, you must send us details of your group numbers, date and required package. Your reservation with Celeritas Shooting Club shall not come into existence until we issue you with our written Booking Confirmation (ie. e-mail or SMS).

Deposit & Final Payment

A deposit of 20 percent of the total price is payable at the time of making the reservation. Deposit should be paid with a credit/debit card through PayPal's online payment service. Reservation cannot be confirmed until receipt of this deposit. The balance is then payable in full upon arrival to the shooting range in the currency and at the price per person specified on your Booking Confirmation. This payment must be either in Euro (EUR) or Hungarian Forint (HUF). The shooting range has card processing facilities and accept major credit cards. Card payments will be taken in HUF at the prevailing exchnage rate with the EUR.

Pricing

Price shown at each package description is valid and non-negotiable regardless of the number of participants. We will confirm the price of your selected package at the time you make your reservation. Once you have received our Booking Confirmation, the price of your package is fully guaranteed and will remain unchanged.

Age Restrictions

Shooting services are available for persons over 14 years of age. For customers under 18 years of age we require at least one parent to be present and agree to let the person participate.

Custom Request

You can choose any guns from our armoury as a supplement to your package. We appreciate if you indicate your request when making the booking of your package but you can also tell us at the arrival to the range. Please find actual prices here. This service is upon availability.

Changes & Cancellation

You are free to change your reservation at any time until 72 hours prior to the start time of the shooting event. Modifications will only apply after receiving our written confirmation (ie. e-mail or SMS). Provided that the minimum group size is still reached you may add or exclude people within the time frame indicated above. Without approval of your modification request your shooting event is subject to refusal upon arrival.

Cancellation is free until 72 hours prior to the start time of the shooting event and your deposit will be refunded. If we receive notice that you wish to cancel your reservation less than 72 hours prior to the start time of the event we reserve the right to retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. Cancellation of your event will only be accepted if it is received and confirmed in writing (ie. e-mail or SMS).

Late

If the group is more than 30 minutes late in meeting the instructor at the shooting range, we will deem the event to have been cancelled.

Disclaimer

All members of the group will be asked to sign a Membership Registration Form before they can proceed with the event. This form contains safety information and disclaimer notices regarding shooting activity.
